High-performance reclaimed rubber

ShuYangRecLaimedRubber (abbreviated as: SRR - Reclaimed Rubber) is a high-quality reclaimed rubber independently developed by our company. The high-performance reclaimed rubber fundamentally addresses the recycling issue of waste rubber in society by establishing a system for the recycling, comprehensive utilization, and deep processing of waste rubber resources. Developing the reclaimed rubber industry not only transforms waste rubber into valuable resources, saving rubber resources for the country, but also mitigates the environmental pollution caused by waste rubber, thus achieving a win-win situation. This has profound historical and practical significance for building a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society.

The SRR series of high-performance reclaimed rubber products include grades -20, -18, -16, -14, and -12. The SRR series high-performance reclaimed rubber is primarily made from waste tire rubber materials, utilizing a unique dynamic desulfurization method and technology, restoring the original physical properties of the waste tire rubber to over 85%. Its tensile strength is 18MPa and elongation at break is 480%, which are similar to domestic 2# natural rubber and far exceed the performance indicators of ordinary reclaimed rubber.

As the high-performance reclaimed rubber had already far exceeded the national standard GB/T13460-2003 at that time, our company formulated and released the enterprise standard numbered Q/321322YHY001-2008 in February 2008. This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, as well as storage, transportation, and packaging for high-performance reclaimed rubber. On May 14, 2008, at the identification meeting for high-performance reclaimed rubber organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, the attending experts unanimously approved the identification and rated it as "domestically leading and internationally advanced."

High-performance reclaimed rubber, with its fine texture, odorless nature, and good processability, is an ideal material for manufacturing tires, inner tubes, conveyor belts, cushion belts, and rubber products, either as a complete substitute or in varying proportions.
