Product Composition
The acid and alkali resistant hose is composed of a corrosion-resistant EPDM synthetic inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforced layer, a spiral steel wire skeleton anti-negative pressure layer, and an aging and wear-resistant outer rubber layer.
Performance and Use
This type of hose is suitable for transporting dilute acid (acid) solutions under positive and negative pressure conditions when the concentration is below 40% (can accommodate 40%, 30%, 15% sodium hydroxide, but excluding nitric acid).
Applicable Temperature Range
Ambient temperature is 20—45℃; the temperature of the conveyed medium should not exceed 45℃.

Product Advantages
The inner rubber layer uses high-quality EPDM synthetic rubber, which has better acid and alkali swelling resistance, aging resistance, and gas tightness compared to ordinary acid and alkali resistant hoses. The outer rubber layer has better corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can be dragged on the ground. The connecting joints are made of acid and alkali resistant engineering plastics, which have a longer service life compared to the stainless steel joints of ordinary acid and alkali resistant hose assemblies.

Type A (with fabric reinforced layer and no spiral steel wire skeleton, used for transporting acid and alkali liquids) Type B (with reinforced layer and spiral steel wire skeleton, used for suction of acid and alkali liquids)
Type C (with reinforced layer and spiral steel wire skeleton, the hose body is softer than Type B, used for draining and suctioning acid and alkali liquids)
