Product Structure
The product consists of a high-temperature resistant rubber inner layer, a natural or synthetic fiber reinforcement layer, a thermal insulation rubber outer layer, and a high-temperature flame-retardant asbestos fireproof layer.

Natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, etc.
Product Use
Mainly used for the transportation of cooling water in high-temperature areas such as water-cooled cables, water-cooled compensators, and medium-frequency electric furnaces in industries like steel, metallurgy, ferroalloy, large chemical plants, special boilers, and glass products. Suitable for environments with splashing molten materials and applications that require non-conductivity.
Product Features
The product has characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, radiation resistance, fireproof and flame-retardant properties, insulation, and good aging resistance. It is suitable for protecting large cross-section flexible water-cooled cable jackets used in steelmaking furnaces under working temperatures of -20℃ to +80℃ or intermittent environmental temperatures not exceeding 180℃. It has advantages such as high-temperature resistance, resistance to electric radiation heat, resistance to electric breakdown, carbon-free outer tubing, good insulation performance, good flexibility, and small bending radius.
