The high-pressure hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, multi-layer fabric or cord winding layer, and an outer rubber layer.

Inner rubber layer: Made from natural rubber and other composite rubbers with good air tightness and flexural resistance as the main raw materials, and added with special reinforcing agents, it has characteristics such as smoothness, bending resistance, tensile resistance, and aging resistance.

Reinforcement layer: Made from high-quality fiber cloth (canvas) or synthetic fiber cloth (cord) or copper-plated steel wire as the reinforcement layer, it has good flexibility and strong pressure resistance. Outer rubber layer: Made from natural rubber and composite rubber as the main raw materials, it is wear-resistant, oxidation-resistant, has a long service life, and good visual effect.

The hose has small outer diameter tolerance, excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, lightweight, and the body is soft and durable. The inner and outer rubber is made from natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and high-strength regenerated rubber, formulated for practical 12 kg pressure, with aging and temperature resistance, bursting pressure of 48 kg, and can withstand high temperatures from -30 to 120 degrees.

Suitable for conveying compressed air and other inert gases.

Widely used in industries such as mining, shipbuilding, machinery, construction, steel, electricity, and water conservancy. Depending on the conveyed medium, corresponding materials are selected for manufacturing. The product structure is reasonably designed, of good quality, sturdy, and durable, making it a flexible hose for conveying various liquid viscous fluids and powdered solids.

Divided by application into:

1. Water delivery hose: Suitable for general water delivery, used in environments with temperatures from -20℃ to 80℃.

2. Air hose: Suitable for conveying 8 kg compressed air and inert gases at normal working pressure, used in environments with temperatures from -20℃ to 80℃.

3. Oil-resistant hose: Suitable for conveying conventional petroleum, diesel, engine oil, gasoline, etc., used in environments with temperatures from -20℃ to 45℃.

4. Heat-resistant hose: Suitable for conveying water below 150℃.

5. Steam hose: Suitable for conveying hot water or saturated steam below 200℃.

6. Acid and alkali-resistant hose: For conveying dilute acid and alkali solutions with a concentration below 40%, used in environments with temperatures from -20℃ to 45℃.

7. Sandblasting hose: Suitable for shipyard spraying, fine sand, iron sand, and steel sand for surface sandblasting, rust removal, and polishing.
