The high wear-resistant strong suction and discharge sand rubber hose is composed of a high wear-resistant inner rubber layer, a nylon cord reinforced layer, a high-strength steel wire skeleton layer, and an aging-resistant outer rubber layer.
Product Material
Inner rubber layer: natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polyurethane synthetic rubber, ultra-wear-resistant carbon black.
Outer rubber layer: natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, ultra-wear-resistant carbon black.
Reinforcement layer: national standard ultra-high elastic spiral steel wire, nylon cord.
Product Use
Commonly used for wear-resistant protection in suction and transportation of highly abrasive solids with high flow rates, such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, crushed glass, and debris; dry and liquid media, underground transportation; conveying pipes in glass manufacturing plants, docks, steel mills, quarries, shipyards, cement plants, etc., used as durable protective pipes. Suitable for sand suction and sandblasting machinery in mines, sand suction boats, and sludge transportation, in situations with high wear resistance requirements.
Product Properties
Excellent wear protection, with lower reinforced metal wire and narrow inclination (wear resistance is 2.5 to 5 times higher than most rubber materials, and 6 to 8 times higher than softer PVC); smooth interior for optimized flow characteristics, high pressure resistance, vacuum and compression, high axial strength, high tensile strength, and tear strength.
Temperature Range
Approximately -15℃ to 75℃, can reach up to 90℃ for a short time.
