Product Introduction
The unloading hose for dry mixed mortar has many names. Depending on the transport medium, it can also be called: bulk cement truck unloading hose, dry mixed mortar truck unloading hose, fly ash truck unloading hose, etc.
The length of the unloading hose for cement trucks varies by region, meaning that the length of the unloading hose used in each region is different and adapted to local conditions; the lengths are generally 6 meters, 7 meters, 8 meters, and 9 meters. It can also be customized according to customer requirements!
The diameter of the two ends of the unloading hose for cement trucks is also not uniform, with different diameters such as 102, 108, 114, 120, etc.;
Some unloading hoses for cement trucks are installed with unloading joints, mostly using a diameter of 102, meaning the inner diameter of the hose is the same; some unloading hoses do not have joints and are directly inserted into the feed pipe of the storage tank, with outer diameters of 102, 108, 114, 120, etc. In this case, the unloading hose for cement trucks often uses one end with a diameter of 102 [installed to the iron pipe of the cement truck discharge pipe] and the other end with a diameter ranging from 102 to 120. Product Structure
The unloading hose for dry mixed mortar is composed of a high wear-resistant inner rubber layer, multi-layer nylon cord or steel cord winding reinforcement layer or steel wire braided skeleton layer, middle rubber layer, and outer rubber layer. The commonly used types are steel wire braided type, spiral steel wire skeleton type, cord type, and steel cord type.
Product Use
Suitable for unloading dry materials with particle diameters not exceeding 0.1mm, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, and ore powder; it can also be used for unloading high-temperature (80°C-120°C) particles and powders.
