Product Structure
The smooth fabric-reinforced conveying hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, a multi-layer fabric winding reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer.
Inner rubber layer: This is the working surface of the hose, which directly contacts the conveyed medium and is subjected to long-term soaking, corrosion, friction, and impact from the medium.
Reinforcement layer: This is the skeleton layer of the hose, which bears the pressure during use, requiring sufficient strength and stability under pressure.
Outer rubber layer: This is the outer protective layer of the hose, protecting it from damage and corrosion.
Product Features
The hose has excellent properties such as small outer diameter tolerance, oil resistance, heat resistance, lightweight, and flexibility, making it durable; the minimum burst pressure of the hose is four times the working pressure.
