High wear-resistant sandblasting rubber hose is a type of material conveying hose. Common colors are black, yellowish, or transparent; generally divided into synthetic fiber fabric sandblasting rubber hoses and steel wire braided sandblasting rubber hoses.
The synthetic fiber fabric sandblasting hose uses high-quality synthetic fiber as the reinforcement layer, which has good flexibility and strong pressure resistance;
The steel wire braided sandblasting rubber hose uses copper-plated steel wire as the reinforcement layer, with a working pressure that is 3-4 times that of ordinary fabric rubber hoses, featuring high pressure resistance and excellent bending performance.
Product Material
The inner and outer rubber layers of the sandblasting hose are usually made of wear-resistant materials, mainly NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber), SBR rubber, etc., or some imported hoses use better performance PARArubber (three-leaf rubber).
Product Use
Mainly used for the transportation of fluids containing solid particles such as granules, gravel, cement, quicksand, concrete, gypsum, etc., suitable for various tunnel engineering, well mining, chamber and other engineering operations.
Sandblasting hoses are generally classified into lightweight and heavyweight sandblasting hoses according to the working conditions and the degree of wear of the conveying medium by the material particles, with spiral steel wire making them suitable for negative pressure environments.
Lightweight Sandblasting Hose
Usually used in environments such as ship sandblasting, quicksand operations, etc.; commonly uses wear-resistant NBR (natural rubber) material for the inner rubber, with the outer rubber wrapped in composite rubber packaging.
Heavyweight Sandblasting Hose
Used in environments for sandblasting gravel, fine pebbles, mud, etc. Sandblasting vacuum hose.
Embedded with spiral steel wire, generally achieving a vacuum negative pressure of up to 0.9 bar.
