Product Structure
It consists of a high-grade oil-resistant nitrile rubber inner layer, a high-strength fiber reinforced layer, and an anti-static copper wire, with an outer layer of wear-resistant, tar-resistant, weather-resistant, and ozone-resistant nitrile rubber.
Product Use
Used in mine hydraulic supports, oil field development, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgy and forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors for transporting petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water) under certain pressure and temperature, as well as liquid transmission. It is used for transporting various petroleum products, with aromatic content up to 50%.
Product Features
The oil-resistant hoses produced by our company have strong anti-permeation performance, high strength, tear resistance, fatigue resistance, good bonding between the rubber material and the reinforcement layer, and are resistant to harsh weather and environmental conditions, ozone degradation, and aging. This greatly increases the product's service life.
