Product Application
High-temperature steam hose, also known as steam flexible hose. It is used for cooling water in refrigeration equipment, hot and cold water in engine engines, food processing, especially hot water and saturated steam in dairy factories, and can withstand dilute (low concentration) acids and bases.
Product Structure
High-temperature steam hoses, like ordinary industrial hoses, consist of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric (cord) winding, a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer (high-temperature steam suction hose skeleton layer), and an outer rubber layer. The commonly used inner and outer rubber materials are made of EPDM, which has excellent heat resistance, steam resistance, ozone, ultraviolet, and chemical performance, wrapped with an outer rubber water package. The middle layer is generally made of winding wire or braided steel wire to enhance the pressure-bearing range of the hose.
The steel wire braided high-temperature steam hose mainly consists of an inner rubber layer for high-temperature liquids, a middle rubber layer, 2 or 4 layers of steel wire braided reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer serves to withstand pressure of the conveyed medium and protect the steel wire from corrosion, while the outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage. The steel wire (φ0.3--2.0 reinforced steel wire) layer acts as the skeleton material for reinforcement.
Product Features
The hose has excellent properties such as small outer diameter tolerance, oil resistance, heat resistance, lightweight, flexibility, and durability; the small burst pressure of the hose is four times the working pressure.
